提具体建议时一定要有逻辑，分条进行; 而且建议之后或之前一定要附加提出这条建议的原因所在，以更具有说服力，而不要仅仅罗列数条建议，这样也可以增加作文的篇幅，满足题目所要求的词汇量。
尾段：I really wish to have a more comfortable library(表达期望). Thank you for your time and consideration.(表示感谢)
