change 成长的烦恼
The moment that I went to middle school, I changed a lot. Firstly, I realized that I was not a little girl anymore, I had grown up and should be independent. So I tried to solve the problem by myself. If I figure out many ways and can’t fix it, then I will turn to my parents for advice. Secondly, I become responsible for myself. My mother supervised me to do the homework before, now I can finish it without anyone’s reminding, because I know the importance of getting improve. My parents are so happy about my changes, and they no longer treat me as a little kid.
我上中学的时候，改变了很多。首先，我意识到自己不再是个小女孩了，我长大了，应该要独立了。所以我试着自己去解决问题。如果我找遍方法还无法解决时，我就会向我的父母寻求建议。其次，我开始对自己的言行负责。之前，我总要妈妈监督我完成作业，现在我可以自己完成，不用任何人的提醒，因为我知道学业进步的重要性。我的父母很开心我的改变，他们也不再把我当作小孩子。

We need to communicate every day, because it happens all the time. It is important to be a good talker, so that other people will understand what we say. At the same time, being a good listener is also of great importance. We need to listen to other people, because mutual understanding is the basis of good communication. My friends and I respect each other and we listen to each other when we are in conversation. The reason why we keep friendship is we have mutual understanding. I learn the good lesson of being a good talker and listener. It will help me be successful someday. 我们每天都要与人进行交流。成为一个好的说话者是很重要得，因为只有这样别人才会理解我们所说的，与此同时，作为一个好的倾听者也是非常重要的。我们也需要倾听他人，因为相互理解是良好沟通的基础。我和我的朋友们都相互尊重，相互倾听对方。我们保持友谊的原因在于我们相互了解。我从中学到了成为一名好的说话者和倾听者的经验，总有一天这些会帮助我成功的。

Since I came to middle school, I spent some time to get used to the new environment. Now I have made many friends here and I get along well with my classmates. The communication between students develops so fast must be owed to the basketball match. I joined the team and fought for my class. I practised with my partners and during the progress, we got to know each other well and soon we became the real team. The other classmates cheered for us when we in the match. It was such a good atmosphere. The whole class became so closed at this moment. The group activity can unite people together. 我上中学后，我花了一些时间来适应新环境。现在我在这里交了很多朋友，我和我的同学也相处得也很好。我们之间的交流发展得如此之快得多亏了篮球比赛。我加入了班级篮球队。我和我的伙伴们一起练习，在过程中，我们彼此熟悉，很快每个人都融入到团队中。当我们打比赛的时候，其他的同学在为我们加油，这是一个很好的氛围。全班同学此刻的关系变得非常的亲近。团队活动可以让我们大家都团结在一起。

我的一家 特产 晚餐
Today, when I went home after school, I heard smiling sound from the door. When I opened the door, I found my grandparents were talking with my mother. I felt so surprised, because it had been a long time for me not to see them. I rushed to them and hugged for a while. My grandparents brought some local products to us. I missed these flavors all the time. My grandma insisted to cook dinner for us. She knew what I liked. I felt so happy at this moment. All the families enjoyed this dinner and had a nice talk. I wish my grandparents can stay for some time.
今天，我放学回家后从门外听到了笑音。我打开门的时候，我发现我爷爷奶奶在和我妈妈聊天。我感到很惊讶，因为我已经很长时间没见到他们了。我冲到他们面前，拥抱了一会儿。我爷爷奶奶给我们带了一些当地特产，我一直都很想念这些味道。我奶奶坚持给我们煮晚餐。她知道我喜欢什么样的口味。此刻我感到很开心。所有的家人都在享用晚餐，愉快地聊天。我希望我爷爷奶奶能呆上一段时间。
