my foreign teacher Tim and I planned to go to the People ’s Park to enjoy ourselves. We took a taxi and it wasn’t long before we arrived at the gate of the park. On seeing the green trees and blooming flowers, Tim couldn’t wait to take pictures. It was at that moment that we found his camera was gone. He searched all over his backpack but just couldn’t find it. Suddenly it occurred to me that he might have left it in the taxi. With anxiety and hope, we found out the invoice of the taxi, on which a phone number was printed, so I immediately got in touch with the taxi company. About half an hour later, the driver returned with the camera and you could imagine the wide smile spreading across Tim’s face. Both of us were grateful to the driver, and Tim, in particular, insisted on taking a photo with him.
Tim and I enjoyed ourselves during the rest of the day, but it was that taxi driver who made our day.

Last Saturday afternoon I went home with my friend Wang Wei. We were talking happily when a man riding a motorbike passed us quickly. To our great surprise, some 100-yuan notes dropped to the ground from the bag hanging on his motorbike. Hurriedly I shouted at the top of my voice to stop him. But he rode away without hearing me.
Seeing the notes scattered on the road, Wang Wei and I decided to pick up the money and wait for the man to come back. Some people seeing what had happened also helped to collect the money.
A few minutes later, the man rode back, with sweet on his forehead. He was in a great panic when he saw many people picking up the money. He must have thought that we would go away with his hard-earned money. So when all of us returned the
money to him he was so moved and relieved that he kept saying “thank you”.
I was so happy that I could give a hand to the man who was in trouble. It was a really rewarding and fulfilling afternoon.

I went to the Botanical Garden, showered in the cozy sunshine. With summer
coming soon, all kinds of flowers have bloomed off. Among these beautiful flowers, I like Chinese roses best. While appreciating them, I took lots of photos in different scenic spots.
After I enjoyed these Chinese roses, I walked along the road between the flowers’ show area. Suddenly, I caught sight of two girls who were cutting the flowers and
even one of them climbed up the tree. I thought that their action was not
reasonable for the rules of the Botanical Garden. Without hesitation, I immediately persuaded them to stop with peaceful words. I told them that we should protect these flowers. If everyone picked the flowers like you, there would be no flowers left in the botanical garden. Then, they agreed with me, and promised that they wouldn ’t do it again. Well, the two girls went on taking the photos when I left there.
I think my deed was worthwhile. And it was meaningful for environmental protection. So I am satisfied with the contributions I made to our public

In the next four days, I was taking her body temperature twice a day, ensuring that she was completely well. To our delight, my dad went back home safely and healthily on Saturday. On hearing what I had done to my mum, he, as well as my

Last Sunday, I came back to Beijing after a short-term study in Canada. Early in the morning, I arrived at the airport. Last Saturday, my friends and I went to climb the West Mountain. While climbing, we
enjoyed the sunny weather and a beautiful view. We were very delighted to reach the top without much time or effort. However, we found it more difficult to go down, so we went slowly and helped each other when necessary. Though I took care a lot, unfortunately I slipped and hurt my leg badly and could hardly stood up. One of my friends came to me immediately and carried me on the back till we reached the foot of the mountain. I was very thankful and felt proud of having such good friends.
